ACE Celebrates 2018 Grads
Realizing Potential As Yosh peeled open the letter from Stanford, he beamed, knowing that his dream of studying neuroscience at an elite university was about to come true. A member of this year’s graduating class, Yosh attributes his success thus far to hard work, determination, and access to his right-fit school. His Lutheran High School teachers pushed him to realized his full potential, his challenging coarse load prepared him intellectually, and his extracurricular activities helped him learn to balance and prioritize. An ACE scholarship provided him with this opportunity to flourish.
Members of the ACE Class of 2018 celebrate their high school graduation.
Achieving Dreams
Yosh is just one example of the impact of a quality education. Without access to their best-fit high schools, Yosh and the rest of this year’s ACE graduates would not be where they are today – en route to achieving their dreams. This impressive group includes several Daniels Fund scholarship recipients and rising college freshmen heading off to schools such as:
- Carnegie Mellon University
- Colorado State University
- Marquette University
- New York University
- Santa Clara University
- Stanford University
- University of Colorado
- University of Denver
While the majority of the Class of 2018 are continuing on to four-year universities, we are also proud to have students launching their post-secondary journeys at two-year colleges, students entering specialized programs in art and aeronautics, and even students beginning electrician and plumbing apprenticeships.
Impact of Choice
ACE stands for choice. We strive to provide children access to their best-fit learning environments, from kindergarten through twelfth grade, and we are honored to see that carrying into post-secondary choices. When parents and students actively choose paths that are right for them, success happens.
