ACE by the Numbers
- 93% of ACE students graduate from high school, compared to 68% of their low-income peers.
- 78% of ACE students attend college, compared to 33% of their low-income peers.
- Of that percentage, 99% of ACE students directly enroll into fall classes.
- The other 1% enrolls into spring courses.
These statistics are important because research shows when students directly enroll into fall classes, college completion rates are increased and theres a higher chance students will complete their degree on time.
ACE evaluates its program by measuring key academic milestones in the lives of our scholars. While we also rely on qualitative feedback about our program through student, parent and school surveys, we find that the true impact of our program is best measured through quantitative analysis, such as tracking graduation rates and college matriculation.
ACE continues to partner with a quantitative evaluator, Dr. Fahey (QREM) who oversees ACE’s Private Education Evaluation Project. This year, Dr. Fahey has conducted research on the value of a diploma. Please look forward to a variety of research and evaluation reports throughout the year.
